Club Fees for the 2011-2012 season: $2000

Fees include ~ Fees include gym rental, coach and administration salaries, practice sessions, 2 jerseys, 2 pair spandex, 2 pair socks, 1 pair knee pads, warmup jacket and pants, practice shirts, travel bag, gym equipment, tournament entry fees, etc. Fees DO NOT cover player travel, food, hotel, or any expenses incurred due to qualifying for Junior Olympics.

Season ~ The club season will run from mid-November to mid-April.

Practices ~ We are adding 30 minutes to our weekly practice schedule.  Sunday practices will be 2.5 hours. The weekday practice will be 2 hours. Most teams will have a Sunday/Wednesday practice, and some will have a Sunday/Tuesday, times to be determined. (We will work with the juniors high athletic schedule to find the best day for each age division)

Tournaments ~ We will schedule 9 tournaments. We have the option to send any team to the Regional tournament in May. (our option)

Travel ~ Top teams in each age group, 13 and up, will be attending the Tour Qualifier in January. This is usually held in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston. Second teams will be playing local tournaments, but might travel as far as College Station or the Nasa area. ALL TEAMS WILL ATTEND THE LONE STAR CLASSIC. This tournament has been held in Dallas the past 2 years.

Junior Olympics ~ All teams will attend the Lone Star Qualifier in April. Any team winning a bid for Junior Olympics will be attending the National JO tournament, and thus incur additional fees for coach travel, stipend, and extra practice and tournament expenses. ALL TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO GO. KVA will do our best to help set up fundraisers for any team member who needs assistance to send their player.

KATY Volleyball is pleased to be able to offer easy payment plans for those who cannot pay the season in full.

A $500 non-refundable deposit will be due upon acceptance to our club. It is non-refundable so that we can guarantee other players a team on which to play. We value commitment and hold it in high regard.
