2017-18 Club Fees

Club Fees for the season:
$2300 ~ all teams

PAYMENT PLANS

KATY Volleyball is pleased to be able to offer easy payment plans for those who cannot pay the season in full.

A $500 deposit will be due upon acceptance to our club. It is non-refundable once you are offered and  accept a spot on our club roster. In addition, should a player not complete the season, there will be no refund of payments due according to the payment plan.  The only exception will be any amount paid that is not yet due at the time of withdrawal.

Team Fees include ~ Fees include gym rental, coach and administration salaries, practice sessions, 2 jerseys, 2 pair spandex, 1 pair knee pads, warmup jacket and pants, practice shirts, travel bag, gym equipment, tournament entry fees.

Fees DO NOT cover:
USAV or AAU Region Fee online registration
player travel, food, hotel
any expenses incurred due to qualifying for Junior Olympics.

Season ~ The club season will run from mid-November to mid-April.

Practices ~ Most teams will have a Sunday/Wednesday practice

Tournaments ~ We will schedule 9 tournaments
We have the option to send any team to the Regional tournament in May. (our option)

Travel ~ Teams will be traveling to New Orleans for a great warmup tournament in mid January, and to Dallas for the LSC in April.

Junior Olympics ~ Any team winning a bid for Junior Olympics will be attending the National JO tournament, and thus incur additional fees for coach travel, stipend, and extra practice and tournament expenses. ALL TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO GO. KVA will do our best to help set up fundraisers for any team member who needs assistance to send their player.
